1. DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICE

By purchasing PREMIUM or VIP, you are purchasing a digital "Rank" consisting of a cosmetic prefix, chat colors, and perks on the 2B2U Minecraft server. These are virtual goods with no real-world value.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final. Once the rank is applied to your account in-game, the service is considered "delivered."
• Anarchy Environment: 2B2U is a "No-Rules" server. Being killed, griefed, or "base-raided" by other players is part of the game and is not grounds for a refund.
• Rank Duration: "Lifetime" refers to the life of the server. If the server closes or changes ownership, the rank may expire.

3. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Any attempt to open a dispute or "chargeback" through PayPal, Stripe, or your bank will result in an immediate and permanent IP-ban from the 2B2U server, the store, and our Discord. We provide logs of your in-game activity and rank delivery to payment processors to contest all fraudulent disputes.

5. CONDUCT & DISCRETION

While 2B2U is an anarchy server, we reserve the right to adjust Anti-Cheat (NCP) settings or server configurations to maintain stability. Purchasing a rank does not grant immunity to server-side lag-management or Anti-Cheat setbacks.
